Management Team

Bobby Boytor
Executive Manager

With over 20 years of experience in water and land asset management, Bobby Boytor has built a strong reputation for reliability, transparency, and efficiency. He has developed long-standing relationships with local farmers, municipalities, and stakeholders by consistently delivering high-quality service and support.

Mr. Boytor's contributions to the industry were recognized when he was appointed by the San Bernardino County Supervisor as a director of the Mojave Desert Resource Conservation District. He also serves as a member of the Mojave Basin Alto and Centro sub-advisory committees.

 

Prior to founding Mojave Resource Management, LLC, Mr. Boytor spent eight years with Aqua Capital Management LP, where he was responsible for water rights acquisitions, title due diligence, client administration, and asset management.

Paul Johnson
Agriculture Manager

Paul Johnson is the owner and operator of Johnson Custom Hay Farming in the High Desert.  Since 1968, Mr. Johnson has been actively farming the Mojave Basin and surrounding areas.  For over 50 years, Mr. Johnson has successfully managed numerous farming operations, from small family farms to large agribusiness operations. Additionally, Mr. Johnson has been actively managing adjudicated water rights for his agricultural clients since 1993.

 

His extensive farming background and field experience resulted in Mr. Johnson being appointed by the San Bernardino County Supervisor as a director to the Mojave Desert Resource Conservation District.  Mr. Johnson has also served on the USDA Farm Services Agency for over 18 years and was also elected to the Alto Mojave Basin Area Sub-Advisory Committee.  

 

Mr. Johnson’s extensive agriculture knowledge and expertise in desert climates help his clients manage and utilize their resources to their fullest potential.  He has been helping, teaching, and inspiring farmers and ranchers to build a lasting, profitable, and locally infused agribusiness.
